Last, but not least, you can hire an elopement planning team to take care of everything for you. This would be a great option if you have a few friends and family joining.

Aside from the aesthetically pleasing build and design, the amenities are to die for! Enjoy a smokeless fire right off the back deck with nature views in every direction. The best time to elope at Backcountry A-Frame is peak wildflower season (late July - late August) and peak fall foliage (mid September - early October). Winter at this cozy Colorado cabin brings the most magical views — everything is snow-covered and sparkling! There’s not a bad time to find yourself waking up to these views. If you decide to elope at Backcountry A-Frame, this could be you!

Modern Wood Cabin
Look no further for your rustic yet modern cabin with incredible valley views right out the living room windows. The minimalistic approach to Modern Wood Cabin had me jaw-dropped from the moment we entered the home. I was lucky enough to stay here in the Fall and watching the sun dip behind the mountains, then rise again and light up the valley is something to behold. This space would be PERFECT for your elopement (just you two) as it’s located just south of Crested Butte and offers a unique, nature-filled home-base for your special day.

Situated perfectly in the Rocky Mountains, El Alma A-Frame is just 16 miles (about 25 minutes) from Breckenridge, which is my favorite mountain town in all of Colorado. It’s quaint and cozy, perfect for an elopement just you two. The aesthetics of the a-frame paired with the mountain-chic design and decor sets the tone for your images. Start by getting ready then experience your first look right outside the cabin. Adventure to a nearby alpine lake, wildflower-filled meadow, or golden aspen ally for your ceremony. And the best part? Enjoy the private hot tub to conclude your wedding night as the night sky is filled with stars. A true Colorado A-Frame Elopement experience. Oh, and it’s dog-friendly!!

Natural light floods every single room, which makes it one of the best Colorado Airbnb to elope at during every season - not just the winter! Imagine this: you wake up together slowly and enjoy a cup of coffee in the cedar hot tub as the sun rises. Need I say more? Get ready together or separately upstairs (see the master with the mirror below) and a first-look on the deck. For your ceremony location, stand among the tall alpine or if you’re up for a little hike, adventure to a nearby mountain overlook. The best part, among all the reasons stated above—this Airbnb is only 60 minutes from Denver. If you choose to elope at Front Range A-Frame, this could be you.

If you’re looking for a gorgeous, high-end Colorado Airbnb for your elopement, Alpenglow would be perfect! Condé Nast Traveler has featured this Airbnb twice in their publication in 2022 - in “My Favorite Airbnb in Colorado" and “Our Editors’ Favorite Airbnbs Around the World.” The host, Christine, has thought through literally every detail to make her guests’ experience a luxurious one. There’s a hot tub (that I can personally attest to) with an amazing view of La Plata, one of Colorado’s 14ers. You can cozy up and bake some cookies, take a canoe out on the lake (a literal dream come true!), or even climb one of those 14ers! The possibilities are truly endless for your Colorado elopement here.
In my opinion, fall would be the best season to elope here since this cabin is located in the heart of Colorado’s fall foliage. Imagine being surrounded by the array of autumn tones, with the sound of leaves crunching beneath your feet as you walk to your elopement spot. That’s what you can get here! Of, course, any time of year is magical, but fall is just extra special ;)

Ooooohhh I’m so excited to share this one! Whether you’re eloping just the two of you or bringing friends and family, you’ve got options, baby! Outside Design has multiple separate cabins with various builds all over the same property. You can reserve just one, or the whole lot! Imagine you and your love in your own cabin in the woods, with your family and friends in their own cabins, too. That way everyone is in close proximity while having a healthy amount of space and privacy. It’s a win-win for everyone! All of their builds feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows that make you feel like you’re outside while being able to stay cozy indoors. Outside Design is all about connecting people & nature, which they do a fantastic job of achieving.
This property is magical during every season, but I especially recommend eloping here in the summertime to enjoy the outdoor amenities. What are some of these amenities, you might ask? Let me set the scene for you: private land to hike (ELOPE!!) on, an outdoor movie theater (to curl up with your loved ones the night before your elopement), fire pits (all the cozy campfire vibes), AND A TEEPEE! The experience at Outside Design would truly be one of a lifetime.
